Aarkay's Rotovane


ROTOVANES ROLLING SOLUTIONS FOR CTC TEA Aarkay’s Rotovanes are renowned for their quality, durability and simple yet robust design. Only *SS 304* quality is used in manufacture of all Aarkay’s Segmental Vanes and Registers. The Rotorvane's Cylinder is made from *8 mm thick SS 304* quality plates and has a *machined* bore. Aarkay's Rotovanes are available in various sizes such as 8", 12", 15" and 18". Besides the standard Series - III design, the 15" model is also available in the 'Split type' Series - IV model recently launched by Aarkay in the new millennium. The Series - IV conveniently opens up at the top and does away with the hassle of pulling out the heavy barrel to clean the vanes and resistors each time after manufacture.
'ROTOVANE' FEATURES
HEAVY & ROBUST CONSTRUCTION Aarkay's Rotovanes are heavy-duty in design and all internal and moving parts are made of AISI 304 grade Stainless Steel only. All electricals including gear-boxes and motors/starters are outsourced from global leaders such as Greaves and Siemens.
MACHINE HEIGHT & INSTALLATION Aarkay's Rotovanes come with a high base as a standard feature such that no machine foundation is required at site, making the machine commissioning a simple, quick and easy process. Since the barrel is not required to be pulled for cleaning in the Series - IV design, the Rotovane has a low height which makes it more convenient and easy to operate.
INTERCHANGEABILITY Spare parts are interchangeable with the standard Tocklai designed Mctear Rotovane.
MAINTENANCE Aarkay's Rotovanes require very little maintenance due to their simple & robust design.
